2003 Tasting Notes

Sweet leather, cured meat, ascent the candied face powder, raspberry and sage aromas. Great fresh raspberry fruit, crushed stones and talc intermingle with the gamy mourvedre character. The flavors are very persistent on the rich lingering finish.
