2006 Tasting Notes

Slightly lighter bodied than our 2005 version and more akin to the 2003, this wine really shows the cool growing season with pretty nuanced aromas and flavors. Jasmine tea, bay leaf, and crushed raspberry flavors and aromas are silky and lingering. Picks up framboise and light underbrush notes on the finish. More readily accessible this wine should drink well now through the next five to six years.
