2006 Tasting Notes

Sweet black cherry, chalk and rose petal aromas are accented by vanilla undertones. Aromas carry well to medium weighted palate, where they are plush and round, but finish with good, chalky fine-grained tannins and sound acidity. The wine fleshes out nicely with an hour or two of air. Drinks well now but should be hitting its stride in 5 years.
