Tous Ensemble, which means "all together" in French, is our appellation wine. This is our first blended syrah consisting of fruit from Alder Springs, Eaglepoint Ranch, Hawks Butte and McDowell Valley vineyards. All the fruit was fermented with 30-50% wholecluster and barrel aged in 15% new french oak. The wine was lightly egg white fined and bottled unfiltered.
