2004 Tasting Notes Intense, pure dark cherry fruit aromas are accented by talc, dried flower and forest floor nuances. Focused flavors of briary cherry fruit are powerful yet not dense in palate weight. The wine possesses power and concentration but manages to maintain a freshness and balance. One of the finest pinots we have made to date, this wines should those with patience by cellaring for a couple of years. We expect this wine to age well and should hold up 10-12 years with proper cellaring. |
