2003 Tasting Notes The nose exudes white flowers, apricots, baking spice, tar and black licorice, becoming more floral with time in the glass. Flavors of smoked meat, blueberry, and pie crust emerge from the glass and continue to evolve as the wine opens. We recommend decanting the wine few hours in advance of drinking or laying them down for a year and enjoy it over the next 7-10 years |
