2004 Tasting Notes

Smoked meat, green peppercorns, white flowers, dark briary fruits and bittersweet chocolate aromas exude from the glass. Aromas give way to graphite edged black currant flavors with fine powdery tannins on the long dark fruit and sage finish. Drink this over the next 5-7 years or now with a few hours in the decanter.
