2005 Tasting Notes Wet smoke, dark chocolate, creosote, black currant and chalk aromas emerge with air. The aromas carry well to the palate where the sweet black fruit are full and supple on the finish. Short term cellaring of 4-5 years is suggested or a good splash in a decanter will let the wine show its best. The structure, concentration of fruit and sound acidity will surely provide for 10 plus years of age ability. |
