2005 Tasting Notes

Tropical notes of papaya, fresh apricot, minerals and white flowers appear on the nose.  Fleshy but balanced on the palate with flavors of lychee, white peaches and lemon curd.  Sound acidity keeps the full flavors balanced and refreshing.  The wine should prove great for early consumption over the warm summer months.
