Wine Club Membership Policy

Upon signing up for the Copain Wine Club, I authorize Copain Wines to charge my credit card on file for the requested allotment. Shipments occur four times per year and will be sent to the current shipping address on file. You may update or cancel your membership at anytime by calling us at 707.836.8822. We would appreciate at least 2 weeks notice before the next Club Release to allow time to process your request.

All allocations will be confirmed via email before each release. We can only deliver wine when an adult signature is obtained. We strongly recommend using a business address for your shipment. Wine cannot be left at the delivery address without a signature under any circumstances. Also, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

Copain Wine Cellars, LLC make every effort possible to ensure your complete satisfaction.

While wine makes the perfect gift, we strongly suggest that you notify your intended gift recipient, so that your gift may be expected and opened IMMEDIATELY upon arrival and properly stored.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please make sure that your shipping address and/or your gift recipients' addresses are 100% accurate. Address correction fees will be charged if assessed by Fed Ex. Do not enter PO Boxes for shipping purposes - Fed Ex only delivers to physical addresses.

We require signature upon delivery of shipments.

Returns Policy

Copain Wine Cellars, LLC provides a guarantee of customer satisfaction on all wine purchased from our web site, provided we are contacted within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. We only guarantee orders that are shipped within the current shipping policy.

If you have an issue concerning the product, please call us immediately at 707.836.8822. You will need to identify the product purchased, state the date on which it was received, and specify your issue. We will respond to your concerns quickly.
