Alfresco Hilltop Lunch at Copain Wines

Starting Friday June 5, Copain Wines is pleased to offer our newest experience, the Alfresco Hilltop Lunch, to visitors of our estate Thursday-Monday.  Reservations are required and meal selections are taken at the time of booking.  You may call 707-837-1101 or email hospitality@copainwines.com if you would like to make a reservation. 

Guests may purchase wine by the bottle to enjoy with their lunch selections.  A Three Wine Flight of the Day may be added to your lunch for $20 per person.  Club Members receive the Three Wine Flight as part of their complimentary tasting benefits upon request.

Curated by Chef Didier Ageorges, the Alfresco Hilltop Lunch is the perfect meal to enjoy at one of our private tables, offering sweeping views of the Russian River Valley below.  Guests will be provided with a list of wines to purchase and enjoy with their lunch.  We are also offering this option to-go for those who would prefer to enjoy the Copain experience at home.

Sandwich & Side Salad meal option

Sandwiches include Spring Mixed Side Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette, a bag of Kettle Chips, Cookie of the Day and bottled water.  *Gluten free bread available upon request

Organic Grilled Chicken, Roasted Pepper Aioli, Romaine Lettuce, Tomato, on Focaccia

Farm Egg Salad, Capers, Parsley, Seeded Sourdough

Roasted Vegetables, Basil Pesto, Parmesan, Nightingale French Baguette

 

Full Salad & Sides meal option

Lunch Salads include a bag of Kettle Chips, Cookie of the Day and bottled water.

Green Goddess Bowl, Romaine Lettuce, House Pickled Pears, avocado, Cherry Tomatoes, Crostini, Fresh Herbs, Green Goddess Dressing

Local Greens, Sliced Apples, House Ranch Dressing (GF) Optionally add Grilled Organic Chicken

Heirloom Quinoa, Roasted Vegetables, Local Greens, Ginger-soy Vinaigrette (GF)

GF = gluten free

 

Price: $35 plus tax per person

Seatings available Friday – Monday, 11am-3pm; seatings on the half-hour & subject to availability

Non-alcoholic options will be available as well.  We are unable to allow guests to bring their own food or beverage to Copain.

How to schedule your Alfresco Hilltop Lunch at Copain Wines: 

  1. Please call us at 707-837-1101 or email hospitality@copainwines.com if you want to make a reservation. 
  2. Please note a credit card is required to hold reservation.  We will be taking your order at that time, so please have that handy when you reach out to us.
  3. Feel free to refer to our Order Form in advance to see what information we will ask 
  4. Deadline to reserve is 12pm the day prior of your requested day (ex. 12pm Friday for a Saturday reservation)
  5. This is an outdoor experience.  Refer to weather forecast to prepare for your visit.
  6. A confirmation email with your reserved seating day and time will have more information about our visitor policies.

$35 plus tax per person.  Gratuity is not included.  24 hour cancellation guideline.  No shows will be charged a $25 per person fee.

Meals will be charged to the card on file 24 hours in advance of your visit.  Wines purchased for onsite consumption will be charged at the end of your meal.

Credit card on file will allow for true contact-less transactions.  Cash not accepted at this time.  We are unable to split checks at this time.

Outside food and beverage are not permitted

 

Here are some of the steps we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff:

  • Our outdoor tables have been spaced to allow at least 6 feet of space between groups
  • Reservations offered will ensure staggared seating and reduce group overlap
  • Maximum 6 guests per group. All members of group should be from same household or family unit.
  • We will be observing all recommened safety protocols from local officials, including face coverings for all hosts.
  • Guests must wear face coverings when not at their assigned table.
  • Groups must maintain social distance of at least 6 feet from other groups.
  • Wine tasting involves a new glass for each taste and is poured just prior to seating.
