2004 Tasting Notes

Aromas of cola, dried herbs, bright cherry and crushed stone compliment the raspberry and bing cherry flavors. Supple in texture but with a high toned minerally nuance on the long cherry finish. Though approachable now with decanting, we suggest putting this one away for couple of years and drinking it over the next 7-10 years.
