Copain Wine Dinner at Bar Brucato
In celebration of Spring and to honor Bar Brucato's one year anniversary we are partnering for a five-course seasonal dinner paired with Copain Wines and conversations with the winemaker and distillery founders.
We will begin with an amaro spritz and an exclusive tour of the Brucato Distillery, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the craft and creativity behind these distinctive spirits. Guests will then join tables in our private dining room for a curated five-course dinner by Chef Mitchell, highlighting the best of the season.
Each course will be paired with Copain’s wines, showcasing a progression from a bright white blend to an elegant chardonnay, followed by a flagship pinot noir and syrah. To finish, dessert will be complemented by a selection of Brucato’s signature amaros.
Throughout the evening, the winemaker and distillery founders will be in attendance for a conversation with guests about their craft, community, and inspiration.

Trivia Nights at Copain
Join us for Trivia Nights at Copain, the last Saturdays of the month all spring. Gather your team, test your knowledge across a mix of wine and general trivia, and enjoy a lively afternoon at the winery with plenty of friendly competition along the way.
Your $15 ticket includes a glass of wine and popcorn to snack on while you play, with bottles available for purchase throughout the event. Come ready to think, sip, and have a great time. Teams are encouraged, bragging rights are real, and everyone is welcome.
Sip & Stroll: Copain’s Spring 2026 Release
Join us for a Spring Release progressive tasting at the Copain estate. Guests will begin with a welcome splash and bite before being guided through the winery and grounds by our winemaker, stopping at three tasting stations along the way. Each station will feature two wines paired with a thoughtfully selected bite, offering a closer look at the season’s releases and the estate that shapes them. The experience concludes on the terrace overlooking the Russian River Valley, where guests are invited to linger, take in the views, and enjoy lawn games set among the early spring sunshine.
Healdsburg Wine & Food Experience Grand Tasting
Located in the heart of California wine country, the Healdsburg Wine & Food Experience is a weekend-long celebration featuring the best of Sonoma County and world-renowned food and wines. Whether you get get a Weekend Pass or just join us for the Grand Tasting, join us as we showcase our region’s makers – farmers, growers, winemakers and chefs – alongside globally recognized wines from the greatest wine regions of the world.
Pizza & Pinot Party
Venture to the Russian River Valley for a Sunday afternoon lunch party at Copain Wines, dedicated to celebrating one of life’s most delicious pleasures: Pizza and Pinot Noir.
Join celebrity chef Joe Sasto and local favorite Ari Weiswasser as they craft both classic and unique takes on handmade pizzas, each perfectly paired with a diverse range of exciting pinots from some of wine country’s most respected producers.
Anderson Valley Pinot Fest
Join us for our largest annual fundraiser, benefitting our member-supported 501c(6). Nobody does Pinot Noir like Anderson Valley, one of the most beautiful places in California. More than 50 wineries pour, including two dozen prestige labels from Napa and Sonoma that covet our fabulous fruit. Sample delicious food pairings, acquire library wines, exclusive experiences, and other treasures during our silent auction.
