Volcanic soils make this Pinot Noir more of a tannic expression early on, but as this wine ages and softens the corners, it will be fully aligned. On the nose, intense flavors of blackberry bramble and black cherry with hints of pie crust and fig. On the palette, this wine is a great juxtaposition with voluptuous layers of fruit intertwined with structured tannins. This wine will go great with classic Pinot Noir pairings but don't be afraid to put this up against steak or braised dishes.
