2006 Tasting Notes

Aromas of dried cherries, rose petals, spice and subtle chalky mineral gain in complexity after the bottle is open for a couple of hours. Not a dense brooding wine by any means, This wine reminds me more of a Volnay in character and though compelling now, with a couple of hours in a decanter it will only get better.
