2004 Tasting Notes

Minerals, chalk, lemony curd and soft white floral aromas that flesh out more as the wine begins to open.  Waxy, mineral laden flavors mirror the aromas and are kept clean and pure by crisp acidity and long balanced finish.  This wine has benefited from resting in bottle for a year.  Though appealing now, this wine should be good over te next 5-7 years and may prove to last even longer.
