2004 Tasting Notes

Briary peppercorn laced nose of ripe raspberry and blackberry fruit. Ripe, rich and round on the palate with creamy black fruits and long pure clean fruit flavors, black pepper and dried herbs. A year in the cellar should meld all the flavors nicely and drink well after that for 5 years or so.
