Priority Allocations

These unique and sought-after wines have a limited production capacity, and we want to make sure each wine’s most fervent fans receive a priority allocation before selling out. These small-production wines are typically released once per year.

Our lovely and vibrant Rosé of Pinot Noir is sourced from the cool sites of Anderson Valley. Made with minimal skin contact and fermented until dry, this wine continually impresses year after year with its flavor intensity and pleasing, mouth-watering finish.

Light, wild, and made for summer – P2 is the co-ferment that started as a happy accident and turned into a Copain classic. Pinot Noir meets Pinot Gris in a juicy, refreshing red that’s made to be chilled and crushed. We release it once a year, and it always sells out fast.
