We've been searching a long time to find the right vineyard to work with in the Santa Cruz Mountains AVA and we serendipitously crossed paths with Zayante in 2022. Organically farmed since it was planted in the early 80s, this high elevation site is host to many different varieties and sells its grapes to the stars of the industry. This Chardonnay is flat out stunning from the first swirl.
It’s clean with layers and layers reminiscent of great Chablis.
