This wine is not a novelty, and it is a reminder that a red wine doesn’t need to be extracted and bold to be taken seriously. This wine is quite enjoyable on its own, but have it with some quesabirria, pulled pork or fatty cheeses to unlock a whole new level of gastronomic delight.
