Daybreak White Blend

Copain’s summer staple is yet again, another wildly floral wine that deftly harnesses the power of California’s sunshine inside a bottle. On the nose hints, of bubble gum, chamomile, gooseberry and fresh mint charge out of the glass, and with each swirl another wild scent emerges. The palate is loaded with flavors of green apple, lychee and peaches. Its lively acidity is woven seamlessly into the wine, giving this wine untamed, but focused character.
